Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at https://w33-au.com (the "Site") and any related services offered under the brand "W33 Casino" and referred to in this document as W33 Casino. By accessing or using the Site, registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration

Eligibility and age requirements

  • Minimum age: To register an Account and use real-money services on W33 Casino, you must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction of residence. By creating an Account, you expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Australian residents: Australian law generally prohibits the provision of certain online gambling services to persons in Australia by offshore operators. User obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is truthful, complete and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes to your details via the profile section or by contacting support.
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your devices. Any activity conducted through your Account using the correct username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator using [email protected]. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access occurring before such notification, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Prohibited uses: You must not:
    • Register or use an Account on behalf of another person;
    • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing;
    • Use VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic or legal restrictions;
    • Access the Site from an Unauthorised Jurisdiction where such access is illegal.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting principles

  • Game rules: The rules of each game or product available on the Site (including slots, table games, live casino and other offerings) are either displayed within the game interface or in the help/FAQ sections. By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game in addition to these Terms.
  • Minimum and maximum Bets: Each game may set its own minimum and maximum Bets. These limits are displayed in the game interface. The Operator may adjust such limits at its discretion, subject to technical feasibility.
  • Placing Bets: A Bet is considered placed once it has been accepted by the Operator's server and appears in the relevant transaction history. Once a Bet is accepted, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified by the Player.
  • Bet validity: Bets are only valid if accepted by the Operator's servers and correctly registered in its systems. In case of any disagreement between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellation, errors and malfunctions

  • Obvious errors: The Operator reserves the right to void or correct Bets that have been accepted due to obvious technical or human error, including mispriced odds, incorrect game configurations, malfunctioning features or clearly abnormal payouts. In such cases, the Operator may roll back affected transactions to the state prior to the error.
  • System failures: If a game or Bet is interrupted due to technical failure (e.g. network outage, system crash, third-party provider failure), the following principles apply:
    • Completed Bets that are recorded on the Operator's systems will stand and be settled according to the game result;
    • Unresolved or incomplete Bets may be voided and, where feasible, the original stake returned to the Player's Balance;
    • The Operator will not be liable for any additional perceived winnings you could have gained but for the interruption, subject to mandatory consumer law rights.

Conduct in live casino, chat and interactive features

  • Respectful behaviour: Where chat or live interaction features are available (including live dealer tables or community chats), you must behave respectfully towards other Players and staff. In particular, you must not:
    • Use offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory or threatening language;
    • Harass, bully or defame any individual or group;
    • Promote illegal activities or share links to external gambling or commercial services.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • Use software, bots, scripts or devices to gain an unfair advantage;
    • Collude with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or Bets;
    • Exploit any bugs, loopholes or malfunctions in games or the Site. If you become aware of such issues, you must promptly report them to the Operator and not exploit them for personal gain.
    The Operator may investigate and, where it reasonably believes that fraud, collusion or cheating has occurred, void affected Bets, withhold winnings and suspend or close the relevant Accounts, subject to applicable laws.

Bonus Terms

Bonus activation and eligibility

  • Grant of Bonuses: The Operator may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses to Players via welcome packages, reload offers, free spins, cashbacks, tournaments and other promotions. Each Bonus is subject to specific conditions detailed in the relevant promotional materials.
  • Activation requirements: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
    • Opt in via a checkbox, button or promo code;
    • Meet a minimum deposit threshold using eligible Payment Methods;
    • Comply with any time-limited activation window stated in the promotion.
  • Eligibility restrictions: Certain Bonuses may be restricted to new Players, specific countries or specific user segments.     • Creating multiple Accounts or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures.
    Where irregular play is detected, the Operator may cancel active Bonuses, confiscate Bonus-derived winnings and, where necessary, close the Account, subject to applicable law.

Combination of promotions

  • No automatic stacking: Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may be in play on your Account at any one time. New Bonuses may not be credited until existing ones are fully wagered, expired or cancelled.
  • Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of a Bonus by contacting support, but this may result in the loss of any Bonus balance and associated winnings not yet converted to real-money funds.

Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments

  • Refund policy: Once a Bet is placed and accepted, the stake is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable, except where the Bet is voided in accordance with these Terms (for example, due to a technical error or cancelled event). Refunds of deposits may be considered in limited cases at the Operator's discretion, subject to anti-money laundering and fraud rules.
  • Chargebacks: You must not initiate chargebacks or reverse transactions without a valid legal basis. Where a chargeback is requested, the Operator may:
    • Immediately suspend or close your Account;
    • Void or withhold winnings associated with the disputed deposits;
    • Recover any amounts owed via lawful collection methods, where permitted.
  • Bonus-related adjustments: Where funds have been credited mistakenly or in breach of Bonus Terms, the Operator may adjust your Balance by removing such funds and any associated winnings, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to offer games that are operated in a fair and transparent manner through reputable third-party providers using random number generators or equivalent mechanisms. Where advertised, such systems may be subject to external testing or certification; however, the Operator does not provide any guarantee that such certifications remain valid at all times.
  • Accuracy of results and records: The Operator will maintain internal records of all Account transactions and game outcomes. In the event of discrepancy between your records and the Operator's records, the latter shall generally prevail, provided they have been generated in accordance with standard technical processes and subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Maximum liability: Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a specific Bet, game or transaction, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the Bet placed, or
    • Where no Bet is involved, the lesser of (i) the amount of your relevant transaction, or (ii) AUD 100,
    except to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Site content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software and underlying source code, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Trademarks and branding: "W33 Casino", associated logos and other brand identifiers displayed on the Site are trade names and/or trademarks used by the Operator or its affiliates. You do not acquire any rights to such marks by using the Site.

Permitted and prohibited uses

  • Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site or its software;
    • Distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Site or its content for any commercial purpose;
    • Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site and forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
  • Data collection and use: The Operator may collect and process personal data for purposes including Account administration, KYC checks, transaction processing, anti-fraud monitoring, responsible gambling measures and marketing, where permitted by applicable law.

    • Return remaining real-money balances to you, less any amounts owed, where required or appropriate under applicable law and subject to KYC verification.

Player-initiated closure and self-exclusion
